Lost Mailbox

I've talked to lots of proctors (people administering tests for our students) at work about not getting tests, usually because they were lost in the mail. Mailbox blowing away during the middle of a heavy windstorm? That's a first. Thank you to that lady, for making the end of my work shift a happy one.
