Let's look at exhibit A. The crazy week of Stacey. Notice the insane looking specimen, the sad car in the background, the crazed brain.Life has thrown a lot of curved balls at me lately in the past couple of weeks.
The heart...ask me about it in person.
The car... The transmission is going kapoot yet again. So much for having it fixed. New car in my future most likely.
The debit card...Tuesday, I got a call from my bank that my debit card was compromised at a store I was at. What?? Not this the day before I take the GRE, and admidst needing a new car! Luckily when I called all transactions that happened were me :), and they hadn't used it yet. Thank you MR. culprit.
The GRE book....Wednesday, was the GRE! Not so bad. My scores I did see....were fine. Not spectacular. But I was content.. I have yet to see writing and percentiles and all that jazz. Should be interesting. I hope I don't have to take it again. You know what, I think I would have done exactly the same if I hadn't had studied. Pretty sure. haha.
The car...( again). When I drove back to Provo later that evening, I got rear-ended. The jerk in front of me on 500 W/State St didn't right turn signal until they were turning into a random-o driveway. I braked in time, but then shortly after I heard a crash. Yeah-who. I got a dent, and I was like...ok, this car is going out the door anyway. Little did I know something else might ensue...
That night my credit card declined when I was purchasing peanut m&m's to make me feel better. How embarassing. 81cents and my card's not working! And my debit card wouldn't work because it was closed because of the compromising until I got a new one in the mail. Another store worker that looked like he was watching/training at the register slid his card for me. (Like one of those inspirational stories)! Kind of pathetic...81 cents, but my mom and I figured out what went wrong- accidentally had a late payment. I went back with some change and left it with the guy at the register to restore my dignity. hahaha. I ended up telling him about my crazy life. He was a super nice guy. Not too big of a deal, but it just added onto everything.
Cell phone...which I forgot to picture. Dropped down 3 flights of stairs on Saturday. Luckily I got it to run again, and it's still happy. :)
But to the next major thing, the crazed head. Thursday and Friday I was kind of experiencing an out of body/weird brain feeling. Feeling like I wasn't all quite connected there between my vision and brain even though I could talk and be alert of everything. Saturday it changed to more of a headache, and I continue to have it. I struggle falling asleep, and pain meds don't help that much. I don't know what's exactly happened (I don't even remember much whip lash or anything from being rear-ended!) Anyways, I have an appointment with the doctor tomorrow. So hopefully it will all get sorted out, and I will have a normal working head again soon!!!!
Oh, and the lightning bolt is for Harry Potter which was AWESOME!!!!!
