Prom date

I guess I'm overdue for an update.....

On to the exciting news: Stacey has a prom date! woohoo! I asked Dallin Bassett, a friend of mine from Zion choir, and he said yes. Sarah and I dropped off my thing in his mailbox before we went to our performance since he lives in Morgan Hill, where the performance was. So I made it based off a mission impossible invitation my mom had done for a church activity a while back. And it was a construction paper box with a "tape" showing through and stuff....and then I put this inside:

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, involves attending prom with designated Zion member, Stacey Christianson, on the 10th of May. You have 72 hours to respond or your date will self-destruct. As always, should you choose to decline, Stacey will disavow all knowledge of the invitation.

that last sentence was based on the part where they say if any member of the party is killed...the Secretary will disavow all knowledge.....you get the point.

Anywoo....he said yes! by email which I ended up checking in journalism, ("I wanted to think of a cool way of responding and like deliver it to your house, but I didn't think I'd have enough time in order for you to not self-destruct! Hahaha that made me laugh so hard.") And thanks to Crystal for announcing it to the class. lol.

Then today my prom dress that I tried on in Utah, came in the mail.

It's nice reading a book in English that i'm really enjoying. We're reading Pride and Prejudice =) It made me have to watch it on Thursday, and since I understood more of it, I enjoyed it even more.
