I've been wanting to go see the fall leaves in Provo Canyon for a while and my mom and I decided to to finally make a trip today. Fall is so great! There were a lot of photographers with families having photo shoots next to the really pretty red trees. Of course my mom was telling me to go to the same trees they were to take a picture of me, and next to all these perfectly clothed people ready for a photoshoot, I felt rather frumpy with my clothing ensemble. My teal sneakers and shorts definitely read high class. It was great.

Possibly my favorite find of the day. Look at these natural colors!!!!
It's almost every color of the rainbow!! |

| I had a good laugh when uploading this to the computer and finding that there was a bug on the leaf! |

Then we enjoyed the new J-Dawgs that has opened in AF. Woot woot!
P.S. I had a fantastic weekend! Thursday night I got to spend with awesome Andrea and Justin. Friday night my mom experienced her first BYU football game in the stadium. We had a friend from San Jose staying with us for Parent's Weekend (her daughter is a freshman). They took us to the football game and we enjoyed some late night Pizza Pie Cafe because we were famished. If you don't know, 9-11 pm is apparently happy hour! A lot cheaper and free soda. And they let everyone still in there after closing time take pizza home in to go boxes. Saturday I got to go with my wonderful psuedo-roommate from this past year, Annie, and her roommates to the Relief Society meeting at temple square. Ok, so this is a long P.S. but interesting story. There were anti's at the meeting but we didn't realize it at first. They stood at the corner where most people flow into to get to the doors and passed out packs of tissue tied with ribbon. We went and got some and then were informed at security that they stuck anti-mormon cards in the middle. They were ladies dressed in Sunday clothes pretending it was a gift from the Relief Society. Well, at least trying to give that impression. All they said to us was "did you get your free gift!?" Crazy people. The meeting was great though!! Afterwards we walked into temple square and ended up talking to two of the sister missionaries for a while (one from Switzerland and one from Mongolia). Sunday night Tiare and Thomas came and watched Once Upon a Time with me at my house (well really Tiare did, Thomas just slept). It was so great to get to spend some time with so many friends! I've been kindly lonely living at home with all of my friends in Provo.
